South 40 has been the heart of Elbert since before your grandparents were born. We're the place where ranchers, families, and anyone passing through on Highway 86 stops for a cold beer and a burger. Almost a century in business and we're still here because we keep it simple: good food, strong drinks, and a seat at the bar for everyone.
